RBVetCo, LLC is a General Contractor headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with a Regional office in Chicago, IL. We specialize in the construction of commercial buildings, additions and renovations including planning, design, scheduling, value engineering and sub-contracting for all phases of the CSI 16 division work.

A self performing contractor, RBVetCo is capable of doing:

• Site work: such as excavation, conventional foundation systems, structural concrete walls, columns and flatwork.



• Infrastructure work: including storm water piping, along with light civil work such as soldier beam retaining walls, drilled shafts, earth moving and soil stabilization.



• Interior finishes: such as framing, installation of doors and hardware, casework and trim finishes.

RBVetCo also has a Wireless Services Division that is dedicated to the construction of wireless telecommunication infrastructure around the country.

About the Owner

Rocky Bleier brings over 10 years of experience in the contracting and development business but he is probably better known for the 12 years he played with the Pittsburgh Steelers and the four Super Bowls he helped to bring to that city.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame in the School of Business, he played one year with the Steelers before he was drafted into the Army. While serving in Vietnam he was wounded twice in the legs and was told he would never play football again. The same determination he showed on both the battle ground and the playing fields is the same determination and leadership he brings to RBVetCo.

Robert Kinderman has over 25 years field and management experience. He graduated from WACC/Pennsylvania College of Technology with an A.S. degree in Construction Management in 1983 and went on to successfully complete his Journeyman Carpenter’s Apprentice training in 1986. After working as a project Superintendent for many years he continued his education in Civil Engineering while working as a Project Manager and Project Engineer in the commercial and heavy civil areas of construction. He brings a strong understanding of the necessary management approach combined with the field experience that is needed to ensure successful completion of construction projects.

James Gyurina has over 25 years of field and management experience. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 1986 and strongly believes in keeping in touch with every project on all levels.

John Gyurina brings over 20 years of experience in construction services and holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He strongly believes in a hands-on management approach, ensuring quality and continuity from project inception to completion.

Eric Ronzio is the Regional Manager of RBVetCo’s Central Region and brings 11 years of experience in the construction industry. Mr. Ronzio is highly trained in the areas of project coordination and project scheduling. As a Civil Engineering graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, he is proficient in the use of computer software applications as they relate to construction and construction management. In addition to his project management duties, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Central Region. His prior experience includes working as a project manager for Bovis Lend Lease, one of the largest construction management companies in the world. His assignments there ranged from high rise complexes in downtown Chicago to the Chicago land NASCAR Speedway.
